Former President Donald Trump posted to his Truth Social account that he is encouraging all "willing states to deploy their [national guard] to Texas to prevent to entry" of illegal immigrants.
Trump made the call to do so after Texas Gov. Gregg Abbot declared an invasion and invoked Texas' right to "self-defense" in the First Article of the Constitution. At least 14 states have signaled supporting Texas in its efforts.
Here we go.
They will say “he’s leading an insurrection again!”
good. first time i’ve agreed with Trump in a long time.
He should be announcing his VP will be Greg Abbott. Just think, a real border czar on the ticket. Dan Patrick is more conservative than Abbott, so it’s a win-win.
DeSantis sent law enforcement and National Guard members to Texas last May. What’s taking everyone else so long?

Unconstitutional federal Court actions or decisions (here), acts and laws MUST be defied!!!
The easiest of the three to defy is Court decisions because the Court has no enforcement power.
I'll add, TEXAS and GOV. ABBOTT: STOP taking federal funding and become financially INDEPENDENT from the bankrupt feds. Your constitutionally sovereign state is meant to be INDEPENDENT!!!

Several of these states have also previously sent physical help. State troopers, etc.
House Speaker @MikeJohnson has also announced he will support TX.
