I’ve been saying that since I saw the two ignorant Texas Congerscritters demanding Biden nationalize the Guard so Abbott couldn’t use them. Yes, there is a Texas National Guard that could be federalized, but there is also a state Guard that cannot be.

Yes, there is a Texas National Guard that could be federalized, but there is also a state Guard that cannot be. Stupid Congresscritters don't surprise me. I'm thinking Joe isn't going to want to declare a national emergency to federalize, nor is he going to want to pay them. And what's the emergency and where will he deploy them. I doubt he can nationalize them just to block Abbot's callup though it will take a while to go through the courts.
