Hood (will not use new name) is the largest base in the world, filled to the brim with Texans. Majority of combat officers come from Texas (A&M). Many Texans, are Texans first...

Has the State of Texas filed suit against the federal government for failing to defend the borders and protect the States from invasion as explicitly required by the Constitution?
Seems like: 1) a condition of invasion is be demonstrable by evidence; 2) Biden is flaunting federal immigration law on a massive scale; 3) the federal government has declared itself to have a monopoly on border & immigration enforcement. The abnegation of duty by the feds has led to enormous costs to the State, vast increases in crime, ruinous burdens on hospitals, schools, etc. Sue for relief including requiring the administration to control the borders, stop illegal immigration, and enforce the law.
What would happen if The US Army rushed in and crushes the “Rebellion”? General Millie leading the force of rainbow warriors and arrests or Shoots the Governor of Texas. Biden revokes the Texas State Constitution and it is treated as occupied territory and can not vote in the election. Trump could be blamed and not permitted to run for office due to the 18th amendment. And what would happen if an armed mob stormed the DC Jail and freed the Jan6 hostages? If Texas and the ten other states left the Union to form a new nation, Would Russia recognize the new nation? China? What if is a fun game to play but in real life its dynamite.

If Biden really does want to go full on Banana Republic, he’ll send some seals or other special forces and arrest Abbott. They’ll use helos. My son works in the Gov’s office, so hope he’s not there if that goes down.
