Trump is what 74? A lot can happen health wise to a 74-year-old. A VP particularly one who assumes power through emergency presidential succession as a minimum should be capable of carrying on the policies of the one who brought him to the dance. Any and all VP considerations should have that in mind. Failure to do so would be irresponsible and frivolous!
So, you should care.
Obviously we want someone with basic understand how it all works.
The VP is not fir undermining the construction like say a Biden or even an Obama as President.
