Not sure about “trust,” but what he is saying is utterly absurd nonsense, so it’s more “eye-roll” and ignore.

While true, but keep in mind that West Virginia voted 70-30 for Trump in 2020, so there are a hell of a lot of Trump voters there who turn around and vote for Manchin.
As to Manchin, he is a Democrat, so WHAT THE HELL are people here expecting him to do - join Trump at a MAGA Rally or something?
