I flew United in the second week of January and it was a disaster. United is a garbage airline.

The problem is, they all are. US domestic airlines are uniformly terrible in terms of service, comfort, on-time departure, everything. The only question is which had the most recent disaster and should therefore be avoided until things quiet down.

I have miles with AA, but haven’t used any since Covid. When I fly again, it definitely wont be during peak travel periods. There is still a shortage of pilots and flight attendants..
