That said, what possible reason could there be for criminalizing the publication of facts?
For one thing, she didn’t show common sense with waiting for information to be released by police. Would you like to learn you relative was killed on Facebook?

I share your concern for the innocents involved. I do not share your inclination to criminalize activity which is merely tactless, tasteless, or boorish.
