It's unclear the breeds or the ages of the dogs that attacked Phillips. Such dishonesty and deceit.
The breed(s) of the dogs is likely perfectly clear.

Oh, MY. I remember when I was running and road racing often. One very early morning, I could not sleep, so I decided to get an early run in, about 4:30am. After about half an hour, I noticed a pack of dogs about half a mile away. Some of the dogs in the pack looked fairly domesticated. Others, not so much. I decided to run directly home. I love dogs, mostly.

Physically big muscular innocent person eaten alive by dogs raised to fight. Very primitive society in these big cities. Need to declare war on them. No trials. Maybe tribunals. If they survive apprehension.
