I agree. The lowering of standards to meet “social justice”
is going to cause havoc. The airline industry is just one example.
it may not be safe but be assured the airlines are embracing the LGBQT+ community and BLM and are backing Black history month and lots of other good things for the disenfranchised. Besides “safe” is a relative term and it’s hard to quantify.
This is why China and other communist nations have always sucked technologically and had to steal from other nations.
They dumbify their populace because communism needs sheep to control with an ever changing social priority deck.
Maybe ....
Maybe, this is how things have to happen so people don’t fly UNLESS, they are rich or government employees.
The government might decide that it is not safe to fly, because ... Well, you see what I am saying?
BTW - wasn’t there something sort of like this in Atlas Shrugged (regarding train transport)?
If I wasn't eighty years old and already living in a rural area....I'd be moving way out and 'bunkering' down.
Would I even find an affordable motel after taking an expensive flight?
“They[the invaders] are literally overrunning my town here in Massachusetts. We are now a border state. They have taken over all of the hotels except in wealthy communities where the democrat donors reside. I’m afraid of them.”
From The Conservative Treehouse
Most modern Commercial aircraft can fly themselves from takeoff to landing stop with little human intervention.
Most modern crashes are due to human error or some sort of suicide/terrorism/war activity.
That being said, the hard part is getting a pilot that can handle extraordinary random events like bird strikes on take off.
I don’t care about DIE or ESQ or whatever social BS you ignorant people come up with, I want the best trained and qualified people there is. If they happen to be White males then so be it. If they happen to be Fags so be it.
In today’s world we pay pilots for reacting correctly when things go wrong.
Full disclosure, I spent over twenty years as a Boeing Experimental Flight test guy. 10 years as a tech and 10 years as an engineer. Retired in 2000.
Would be interesting to watch a spastic shoot an approach at minimums into La Guardia.
Flying? Buh bye...
No flying ever again for me unless it’s to become an expat.
DEI is another weapon in the arsenal to limit travel in this instant by fear
