He was a decent enough man, and meant well. But he also had a spineless streak. He buckled, under pressure from street mobs and thugs, in October 2019. The results since then have been terrible for Chile.

"The former Chilean president was reportedly piloting the crashed helicopter,..." I can't believe no one commented on the Chilean president who was piloting the crashed helicopter. That must have been quite a feat. :-) !!
