Anyone that works in business knows that such a contract or transaction record would have multiple copies in multiple departments. There would be copies in the board minutes, in the Financial Department, and in the Legal Department, just to name a few. There would be correspondence from the corporate head acknowledging the loan or services. Anyone who says otherwise is just blowing smoke.
