Reminds me of conversations with my mother in law during her final days in an assisted living facility.

More than drugs, I imagine that Delaware includes sessions of hyperbaric oxygen, nutrient IV drips, and extended rest. A hyperbaric oxygen chamber is too large to hide in the White House, so Delaware it must be. Nevertheless, since such treatment sessions are best done intensively or at least day on and day off, the benefits of trips to Delaware do not last a full week and Biden tends to become more shuffling and gaffe prone as the week goes on.
