This judge needs to have his license yanked, without anesthesia. Dr. Navarro is a 74 y.o. elfin man. He represents absolutely no threat. This is totally a made up charge, lawfare at its worst. And Dr. Navarro is being subjected to cruel and unusual punishment. There are tons of example cases wherein people who committed crimes of violence did not have to spend the time awaiting their trial in custody like this.
