Since George Floyd’s death, formerly liberal-minded Americans started validating the anti-racist question of the century: What shall we do with the poor unfortunate Negro?
This singular question popularized a corporate philosophy that is the antithesis of civil-rights law, encouraging employers to entertain an individual’s immutable characteristics as part of the application process.Business tycoons like Mark Cuban have drunk the diversity, equity and inclusion Kool-Aid despite it containing corporate carcinogens and have chosen to die on the hill of DEI in the social-media public square, Twitter/X.
In an exchange with prominent X user @TheRabbitHole84, who was advocating meritocratic employment, Mark Cuban admitted he takes into account an individual’s identity before hiring: “I’ve never hired anyone based exclusively on race, gender, religion. I only ever hire the person that will put my business in the best position to succeed. And yes, race and gender can be part of the equation. I view diversity as a competitive advantage.” This public admission of identity-based hiring practices prompted Equal Employment Opportunity Commissioner Andrea R. Lucas to remind Cuban his actions are unlawful.

Mark Cuban and his ilk are the modern day white supremacists.
They believe the black man cannot possibly get ahead without their superior help.
It is the most virulent white supremacy currently going on in the nation.
The guy sold a worthless dotcom for a billion dollars pre bubble bursting and somehow turned into one of the left’s expert class. It could be worse, Polis did the same and is now Gov of CO.
When I involve myself in American politics and I beat the liberal, they tell me to stay of their country’s politics. Is that not nationalism?
The left lied about fascism, giving it meaningless characteristics that could be held by people on the right or left. For example, they say that fascists are militaristic, but who is cheering on the war with Russia, if not the liberal?
Politics is about distribution of resources and how much involvement the government is in the lives of the people. Politics is about controling the people and resources. The more right you move, the less government you want in distribution of resources and controlling the people. The more left you are, the more you want government involvement in distribution of resources and controlling the people.
Fascism allows people to own property and run businesses, but only if they do what the state wants them to do. Your property can be taken away if you don’t push the state mandate.
The reason why the liberal will state that fascism is right-wing is because it is right-wing, to the liberal. It is not right-wing on its own merits, because it is big government that distributes wealth through high taxation rates. The liberal is telling you, when he says that, that he is a communist or near-communist.
American Democrats claim they are acting to “protect our democracy” that makes them fascists even though it is phony.
They are really Marxists and communists.
I don’t view the globalists of either party as fascists.
The militaristic is more structurally. Fascist regimes are generally backed and ordered like a military.
All totalitarianism is business and government whether they are nominally private or not.
In this country it is not so crystal clear. Govt union pension funds are among the largest owners of privately held stock as an example.
The bottom line is they are totalitarians and take whatever they can fr fascism, Maoism, Marxism, communism etc.....as long as it helps the cause.
Lastly, I really appreciate your enthusiasm on the site on a daily basis. I enjoy thinking and your posts often leave me thinking. If I am ever obnoxious towards you, it is unintentional. Keep up the good work.
