Yep. His base in the GOP will dutifully vote for any candidate he endorses.the problem is that Trump has a tendency to endorse very weak candidates on because they are “outsiders” like he was at one time. Plus, he should not be endorsing anyone in the primaries.Funny, people still think he's not a professional politician despite the fact that that's he has been doing for the past 9 years.

His endorsement of weak candidates in the primaries in PA & GA are the the reason the Dems control the Senate. Had he not endorsed anyone during the primaries, stronger candidates would have prevailed and The GOP would now control the Senate.

This is a fair point. You would hope that President Trump learned about putting his thumb on the scale in the Senate primaries you mention. Oz was a poor candidate, the same for Walker.

We’ll see if he learned. If so, his endorsements could carry even more weight.
