His base in the GOP will dutifully vote for any candidate he endorses.the problem is that Trump has a tendency to endorse very weak candidates on because they are “outsiders” like he was at one time. Plus, he should not be endorsing anyone in the primaries.Funny, people still think he's not a professional politician despite the fact that that's he has been doing for the past 9 years.

You would hope that President Trump learned about putting his thumb on the scale in the Senate primaries you mention. Oz was a poor candidate, the same for Walker.
We’ll see if he learned. If so, his endorsements could carry even more weight.
