It’s a great story of heroism and getting involved for the right reasons, but I don’t think it was wise for this dad to approve his kid’s name and photo to be broadcast over the news. There are so many twisted people these days, you may find a small group who view Boom and his Dad as ‘Obstructions to what should have been done’.
It was not a smart move to broadcast the boy’s name. There now might be someone insane enough to go looking for him.
