For those who don’t feel like 3 clicks and scrolling to find out what the hell this article is about, it’s Arrival. Which never did, apparently.
3 paragraph sentences, and no mention of the “rival”. Who writes this crap?

Wow, it took four paragraphs of bashing Tesla, Elon Musk and ‘far right’ before ever getting around to the lede of the story - the company is Arrival, a small enterprise based in the UK. I’ve never heard of them, and they never even built one car. Why is this so newsworthy?
Looks like somebody has an agenda.

It took seven paragraphs to get to the name of the company. A lot of electrons were wasted describing the need for infrastructure and the difficulty of starting an EV car company.

The headline reads like the story is about the demise of a Tesla rival but then the first 16 lines are dedicated to sycophantic praise for Tesla, before it get so the name of the rival : Arrival.
I only followed the link because I wanted to see if it was a company I’d heard of before, and it wasn’t. More to the point, it isn’t in the OP’s excerpt, which obligates you to click if that’s all you wanted to know (thanks for nothing). So if that’s all you’re after, I just saved you clicking.
