They’re hypocrites. If Hur had brought charges against Biden, the same people crying over the words he used regarding Biden’s mental instability, would be claiming that Biden was too mentally unstable to under the charges brought against him.

I suspect that Obama and Garland discussed all of this ahead of time because they are worried that the upcoming Supreme Court decision is going to declare that the cases against Trump are political prosecutions for which Obama is going to blame Biden. All of this will take right up to the Democrat convention to sort out and Michelle will slide right in there wthout having to answer a single question about the border, Hamas or Israel.
