There's some new damning and embarrassing information from the Special Counsel's report now coming out, and if it wasn't bad enough for Joe Biden before, it is now.
The Hur report indicated what a complete disaster Biden was in terms of keeping and not returning classified documents. What's described here is insane, and former president Donald Trump didn't come close to any of this. RealClear Investigations reporter Benjamin Weingarten grabbed some of the most damning and concerning parts.

He had all kinds of classified material and they appeared to have no system for recovering it.
This has been a problem for years, with the "Executive Secretary Team" expressing concern in 2010 about all the classified briefing books he had not returned, and that even when things were returned, some items were missing.

They were unable to determine if some of this material was ever returned.
He took his notebooks home with him and kept them, even though they had classified materials in them. He kept them in unsecured locations.

According to the report, Biden read portions of his notebook that contained classified information up to the Secret Level.

But of course, given the story about his discussions with the ghostwriter, that appears to be false. Why is that not being pursued as a false statement? The "poor memory" defense?
The National Archives had no recollection of him ever returning anything after his term as Vice President.
Not only was Joe Biden cavalier with classified information, but it appears he never returned any classified documents to the National Archives.

But one of the worst things for Biden and funniest at the same time is how the second folder in a box with marked classified documents had Joe Biden's distinctive misspelling of Afghanistan, "Afganastan."
FUN FACT: Joe Biden doesn't know how to spell Afghanistan.

On top of that, the fact that the folder is in the box with the classified documents tends to show that he had a connection to that folder, and it ties him to the documents and the box. He admitted it probably was his writing because of the spelling.

He's tried the ridiculous defense that it's the fault of the staff that moved things. But the facts show how problematic that claim is.
Wow. I mean I know Joe Biden is a mess. But he's been a mess for years, and the way he has handled classified documents is unconscionable. How is he not slapped with all kinds of charges when this is what the Special Counsel says occurred?
It's hard to look at any kind of prosecution of former President Donald Trump as fair and not selective prosecution when you read what Joe Biden has done, for years, according to this report.

The 1,300-word email Hunter wrote was FAR more detailed and lengthy than anything else found on his abandoned laptop. Plus it was way beyond his intellectual capability to write. Nor would he have had access to the information without access to secret State Department briefings or to Dad's classified information in his garage.

how is it “damning”....if Biden gets or continues to get an ongoing ‘free pass’ for every crime, every act of high treason, and every single lie that he continues to engage in? I’m curious. Unless the definition of damning has magically and mysteriously changed... much like everything else seems to have changed.... I just don’t see it. Same with the supposedly “embarrassing” evidence. Embarrassing to who? The Democrats don’t care. Their constituents don’t care. The media doesn’t care. And apparently most of the GOP doesn’t care either. Color me confused.
Look we already know that the left is planning on dumping Jokin Joe for someone that does not require depends and a full-time nurse and handler. They’ll get Newsom in there with a female (not Kamala) and probably black VP and they’ll probably sail to the next presidential victory, with the help of their little friends in the election theft club. The Delaware Supreme Court sided with the University of Delaware Thursday, denying the release of President Joe Biden’s Senate records in a lawsuit brought by the Daily Caller News Foundation and Judicial Watch.
The DCNF and Judicial Watch appealed to the Delaware Supreme Court in January 2023 after the state’s Superior Court found the university had satisfied the burden of proof needed to justify denying the records that the DCNF requested through the state’s public records act.
The Delaware Supreme Court affirmed the Superior Court’s judgement Thursday, shielding the documents requested in both organization’s April 30, 2020 public records requests from release.
“The public has a significant interest in these documents,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton told the DCNF. “If the Delaware courts are going to protect Biden from having to produce them or the secret deal that keeps them away from the American people, then Congress should get involved.”
Documents requested by the DCNF, which now will not be released, include
<><>agreements WRT storage of 1,850 boxes and 415 gigabytes of records from 1973-2009,
<><>communications between university staff and Biden’s staff,
<><>log sheets of individuals who have visited the collection, and,
<><> the actual records in the collection.
The records may contain information
<><>relating to Tara Reade,
<><>who accused Biden of sexually assaulting her while working in his senate office in 1993,
<><>or the president’s son Hunter Biden,
<><>who recently plead guilty to possessing a firearm while using a controlled substance, and,
<><> for failing to pay taxes in 2017 and 2018.
Biden’s records have been housed at the University of Delaware Library since 2012. He gave them to the university on the condition that they would not be publicly released until “they have been properly processed and archived,” according to the university’s website.
During oral arguments for the case in June, legal counsel representing the university told the Delaware Supreme Court it could determine whether public funds were used to support Biden’s papers without looking at the records.
What’s extraordinary about all of Biden’s denials after Hur, is that
he exists in a Me-first self-serving world that does not acknowledge:
