The letter making the complaint is a 19 a single spaced document and, after those pages, includes an extensive series of exhibits running to an additional 45 pages. The copy of that letter is included in this article. Here is a copy of the first paragraph that sets out the basis for the complaint:

New York Attorney General Letitia James violated the Rules of Professional Conduct by conducting a biased investigation and prosecution of President Trump and by attacking President Trump through extrajudicial statements during a trial. In just the first five weeks of the trial that began in October 2023–before I stopped counting–Ms. James made over 50 highly inappropriate and prejudicial comments on social media. This complaint respectfully requests that the Attorney Grievance Committee conduct an investigation and issue an immediate interim suspension, disbar Ms. James as an attorney and counselor-at-law, or suspend Ms. James.

Stand by for the media to call this "a stunt."

Finally, somebody besides Donald Trump is fact checking and challenging Letitia Mc-Evil.

Stefanik is definitely Cabinet material, or better.

Too bad she isn’t an attorney (I don’t think), or I could see her as Trump’s AG. She has the chutzpah in spades.

Of course, why can she campaign against Trump but he has to live with a gag order. Yes, she was overtly political and should be investigated. Too bad all the lawyers on the ethics board are Democrats.

She’s a composer...in other words...she can do the research and put something together. I’m sure she had the help of an attorney to make sure she’s not libeling James in any way. You really have to be careful about putting something in writing.

$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

True enough for a one-time issue like this, but could she withstand the scrutiny of a Senate confirmation hearing for AG, and the subsequent continuous torrent of legal issues that would inevitably arise (in general, not related to her directly)?

And not that we should necessarily care, but Trump would get a constant raft of s#!t every time a legal issue came up.

I could see her as some sort of election fraud czar, someone who could actually DO something, and not just issue a “blue ribbon panel white paper” that would immediately be ignored and discarded.

She has some kick-ass staff, some of whom are on War Room at times. Real stars.

Tish has posed for pictures in tweet after tweet as if she is the President. She is obsessed with vanity for herself and envy and jealously of Trump and his family, and obviously is using Trump to inflate her ego and publicize herself to run for higher office. It’s so wicked and corrupt, but NY supports this disgraceful conduct — hard to believe. We have sunk so low.

I read the entire complaint. I think Stefanik could have stressed the harm to society as a whole and to the public’s faith in the justice system a little more pointedly; the complaint says what Tish said as if it is self-evidently wrong, but does not explain why it is bad in extremely clear terms, such as pointing out with dates that her claims are before evidence is heard—but I’m not a lawyer.

I do so admire Stefanik for standing up and doing something. Most of the GOP sits on their fat azzes.
