Obama should be charged for his part in the conspiracy, but it was directly Acting AG Rod Rosenstein (as I was posting here at the time Special Counsel Mueller was appointed), that it was the "bums' rush at the door" to take (as Rosenstein did) the Crossfire Hurricane investigation and give it apparent legitimacy by making it the business of a Special Counsel without hard evidence to support probable cause, which of course, they did not have.

That shortcoming, fraud and illegal process allowed the Special Counsel and media to engage in wholesale election interference and work the Russia collusion hoax for over two and a half years.
