Same end product. I don’t see any problem with that? All they were doing was handing out phones and prepaid debit cards. Curbside Valet service at the border. I don’t see any problem sending every ICE and DHS employee on furlough. Way less overheads and no real difference. Let Texas and their Guard Units finish walls and wire.
