The judge is rude and unfair to Trump’s lawyerThat's not always determinative of the final ruling. Judges have been known to give greater leeway to the side that's going to be filing the appeal. I haven't been following this one closely enough to know where the judge is going to come out.

The Judge, Scott McAfee was appointed by Kemp on Feb. 1, 2023. I don't expect him to hold her accountable. She's likely banged him too.
