I wouldn't say Jews are exactly under-respresented at Disney or any other major Hollywood studio.

Just as Asians and Jews aren't exactly under-represented in the Ivy League.

But when suing for discrimination against whites and Christians, it helps to toss in Jews and/or Asians as victims, to provide cover against accusations of racism or anti-Semitism.
