The student was 18. But the student was “Special Ed.”
There’s huge continuum on “Special Ed.” The 18 year old could be mildly debilitated and just a slow learner but otherwise normal. Or could be badly retarded.
What about all the (millions?) of college professors in their 20s and 30s who boink the cute young coeds in their classes all the time? Are they equally guilty?
