Does anyone else foresee several high profile class actions against any large developers that applied for a loan with a bank in NY?

NYC is gone, (also Kaulifornia) until their inhabitants reap the wind and feel the burn, enough to sober themselves to their own decadence. GOD help us all.

Using this standard, every entrepreneur on the shark tank would be guilty of fraud for their higher asking price for their business than the sharks are willing to pay.
