Let's begin this chapter of the Weekend at Brandon’s chronicles with some of his more recent comments.
On Friday, he denounced the death of Russian dissident Alexei Navalny.
“What has happened to Navalny is yet more proof of Putin’s putality.”
May we quote you on that, Mr. President?
Speaking of foreign affairs, on Monday he met with King Abdullah of Jordan.
“He’s been a good friend, King Abdul, welcome back to the White House.”
Then he introduced the wife of his good friend whose name he couldn’t recall, King “Abdul.” He called the queen Rhianna. Her name is Raina.
Then Biden spoke movingly of the current Mideast war.
“It’s heartbreaking. Every life in Gaza is a tragedy.”
This was the day after the Super Bowl, during which Biden’s care-givers released his 40 second screed on “greedflation,” because he’s very angry about the price of Snickers bars, or something
It seems one of his Nurse Ratcheds showed him an op-ed column in the New York Times that argued that Americans don’t realize that inflation isn’t quite as out of control as it seems to be.
The writer said the perception problem is caused by the fact that the products most Americans buy every day, like Snickers bars, continue rising in price faster than big-ticket items.
It wasn’t a completely unhinged piece, at least by NYT standards. But I’m sure the only thing Joe noticed was the illustration above it of a Snickers bar, because since then they’ve become a recurring theme of his demented comments.
“Did you see that article about the Snickers bar? Well it’s gonna stop! America, we’re tired of being played for suckers!”

Biden probably hasn’t been in a real grocery store and bought real ‘stuff’ in decades, and never with his own money.
Biden is the founder of “The Ice Cream Too Damn High” Party.
Many years back Howie did a bit on his radio show, The Wizard of Uhhs.
He would play a clip of Sen. Ted Kennedy, and then the callers would have to say how many times Kennedy said “uhh”, “um” or “ahhh”.
It was a real hoot, and not an easy task given only one short listen.
Maybe it’s getting time to play the “Dementia Joe” game.
I agree with the poster who said that Biden hasn’t been to a grocery store in years and neither has Dr Jill (or the Obamas). They have made MILLIONS off of the government dole so a rise in Snickers prices is irrelevant to them. I love Snickers myself, but rarely eat them because I have type 2 diabetes after radiation for cancer damaged my pancreas (not due to being obese).
Biden is a coward and will NEVER admit that his insane energy and spending policies drove up prices leading to producers to shrink product size.

Just a quick example from an order of cutters for my shop. What was $8 pre chomo when my business was going gang busters, was $65 dollars on Friday. Everything for the supplier has gone up huge amounts. Carbide, coatings, abrasive grinding wheels. Everything up the supply chain. Oh wait, it Putin’s inflation. My bad.
