The Dr. Huey P. Newton Foundation has been partnering with the City of Oakland and other municipalities, organizations, and individuals to bring a National Park, devoted to telling the history of the Black Panther Party, to Oakland, California.
Founded in 1966, the Black Panther Party was founded in Oakland, CA and became the most influential organization and movement of the Black Power Era. From their Ten Point Program to their 65 Survival Programs, such as Free Breakfast for Schoolchildren, Free Medical Clinics, the Oakland Community School, and more, the Black Panther Party's legacy deserves to be preserved, interpreted, and celebrated on a national scale. He did this after he stuck his pig nose into Red Butte Airfield built by Caucasian Aviators south of Grand Canyon in 1927. For the signing photo op in which the grinning pedophile made this place yet another Grand Canyon National Monument, was loaded with Navajos to accept it as some kind of wacky “sacred ground” when that’s not even Navajo Land. However, Joe Azho just too one million acres of hunting area away from Arizona hunters. He had his 8 ball half injun/half European, Dept. of the Interior idiot standing next to him grinning like a retarded Cheshire cat. Not a lot of people knew about that place. Fine with me, CLEAR OUT all of Oakland (except maybe the hills), and declare it a “National Park”, free of predators.
How about a National Park Service monument to commemorate Betty Van Patter, the white bookkeeper for the Black Panther Party? When word got out that she was about to reveal that the party had doctored its books, she was kidnapped, raped and beaten to death. The crime remains unsolved.

On Sunday, Assemblymember Mia Bonta (wife the the Attorney General and co-sponsor of ACA7) announced on Twitter/X that $1,250,000 of taxpayer money was going to the Huey P. Newton Foundation.
Seriously? You mean the Huey P. Newton who repeatedly stabbed Odell Lee with a steak knife? The Huey P. Newton who killed Oakland police officer John Frey and then bragged about it? The one who almost certainly ordered the murder of Panther bookkeeper Betty van Patter, whose badly beaten body washed up on a San Francisco Bay beach five weeks later? Is that the guy we’re talking about?
Are we talking about the one who “allegedly” shot 17-year-old Kathleen Smith, who lay in a coma for three months before dying of her wound? Note the only reason I use the word “allegedly” is that Newton’s Panther thugs tried to kill the eyewitness, which caused the eyewitness to refuse to testify.
Oh … and is this the same Huey P. Newton who repeatedly raped Erika Huggins and threatened to harm her children if she spoke up? Just asking….

TUSAYAN, Ariz. — President Joe Biden will visit Arizona to, if reports are to be believed, announce the establishment of a new national monument surrounding Grand Canyon National Park. The purpose of the monument is to preserve sensitive areas around the canyon, but also to permanently withdraw some areas from uranium mining.
He'll be making the announcement at Red Butte Airfield, which is so old that it was originally referred to as "Red Butte Aerodrome." It's one of those special Arizona places that are secreted away. This one is on the way to the Grand Canyon in the Kaibab National Forest.
It's surrounded by Ponderosa pines and junipers and features a great view of the distant San Francisco Peaks. If you go there, you'll pass an old stone wall that used to hold up the aerodrome's sign and be witness to a quietly legendary aviation location.
