Biden's Firing of Attorney General Opens Up Obstruction of Justice Case
Sultan Knish ^ | Feb 20, 2024 | Daniel Greenfield

A recent Politico report described Biden complaining that Attorney General Merrick Garland did not stop Special Counsel Hur from editing out mentions of his diminished mental capacity in his report, that Garland should not have allowed a special counsel to look into his son’s misconduct and finally that Garland had failed to schedule a trial of former President Trump quickly enough.

As a result, Politico reported that Biden would oust Garland if he gets a second term.

Not only was Biden interfering with supposedly independent investigations of himself and his son, but even into criminal proceedings aimed at his likely opponent in the presidential race. The interference has become crude and overt enough that it now includes media leaks threatening the job of his attorney general for not sufficiently protecting him from investigations.

And for not doing enough to schedule his presidential opponent’s trial before the election.

Troublingly, the report describes Biden complaining in “recent weeks” that Garland took too long to move on trying Trump. And in mid-January, Garland unexpectedly told CNN that “the cases were brought last year, the prosecutor has urged speeding trials with, with which I agree, and it’s now in the hands of the judicial system, not in our hands.”

It appears now that the attorney general was not just talking to CNN, but to President Biden.

If the Politico report is true, this is deeply corrupt behavior that meets the standard for impeachment. A pattern of interfering in his own investigations is obstruction of justice, but interfering to speed up a criminal case against his opponent so that a trial takes place before an upcoming election is abuse of power. Both are extremely impeachment worthy charges.

Republicans better get ready....its foolhardy for us to think
power-mad Democrats are going to let Trump get elected.

Even if we expose all their election scams,
they’re not going to just slink away in shame.

We have to have a way to rid the nation of Biden
should he steal the election again as planned.

We need to have a plan to perhaps elect Trump “by acclamation.”

Nothing humble about Joe Biden, is there? He has no moral compass, he has no scruples about most anything.

Senility is sometimes marked by very grandiose proclamations about how the “transgressors” will be handled, and a totally Byzantine frame of mind, with paranoia about predators approaching from every side.

In a way, I can’t blame him. The Founders knew how important a free press was. It was meant, among other things, to serve as a check on government excesses. But today’s mainstream media refuses to investigate Democrat corruption.

So why not do whatever you feel like?

So, who’s going to intervene to stop the stalinist/ obamian agenda?

It’s about awareness and THEY control the media narrative.

Who remembers when the media when absolutely nuts on Bill Barr not to let Trump interfere with independent investigations.

Not that Trump DID interfere. They actually went mad that he MIGHT!!!

Now Biden is trying to interfere with the AG and DoJ all day long, and from the media? Crickets and maybe a few small chirps

Politico turning on Joe is a sign that powerful Dems and or the Deep State is sending a message to Joe to (at a minimum) withdraw his candidacy for a second term. Joe’s criminal conspirators, Hunter and Jim amongst other will be pressuring him to grant them pardons before his term ends, an act which would be political suicide. The Hur report was essentially a warning to Joe that he needs to act quickly, since his cabinet could remove him at any moment. The pressure on Joe at this moment is extreme.

Of course they had to leave in the diminished mental capacity, it was Bidet’s get out of jail free card. Hur was both Bidet’s prosecutor AND defense Attorney.

Biden can’t withdraw.

His continued existence is dependent on the fact he is President of the United States

The rats learned in 2018 that is impossible to get a court to even delay an election “result” let alone reverse one. This is why they have become more and more brazen and obvious. In 22 the rat SOS running for AZ Governor sabotaged voting machines in Republican precincts. You can’t get much more obvious but today that thieving bitch is Governor.
