When the provocation provided for in the first two paragraphs has been followed by effects, the penalties are increased to three years of imprisonment and a fine of 45,000 euros.
The bill now awaits final approval in the French Senate.
Imagine being arrested for following your conscience and medical advice from a doctor that you trust and yet going to prison for it because it contradicts the “medical knowledge” of your government. With this bill as it stands today, what will happen to those doctors and scientists in France who still oppose the mRNA injection?

Wait until the government’s “medical knowledge” states that you should not be treated for a fatal disease and all you should get is palliative care.
I guess it’s time for France to return to blood letting, mercury based medicines and incantations. Those were medical treatments that were questioned.

This sounds like a truly horrible law. I hope the French people know enough to fight it. If we had such a law would it mean the government could force me to take boosters, even though when my brother took his 4th booster, his metastatic liver cancer which had been improving with good nutrition, supplements and regular chemo, suddenly got aggressively worse so they put him on very strong chemo, and he is now dying. I tried 6 times to tell people that it was important to take ZINC along with HCQ to stop Covid, as it was the zinc in the infected cells which did the job, and the HCQ helped it get into the cells. One question, why did Fauci and Trump stop including Zinc in their discussions about using HCQ in early April? This information was provided to Trump and Mark Meadows on March 23, 2020.
