Indiana...should not have to wait for the Supreme Court. The legislature should have intervened to stop this.
To: Republican Wildcat
When the case was first heard in trial court, Indiana officials argued the child "should be in a home where she is [ac]cepted for who she is" and restricted the Coxes’ visitation time to a few hours once a week, which barred them from speaking to him about their religious views on human sexuality and gender identity. Even though the court determined the Coxes were fit parents, it upheld the removal of their child which was later upheld by the appeals court. "If this can happen in Indiana, it can happen anywhere," Windhamn said. The parents *do* accept *him* for who *he* is. It is these monsters who took him away that don't.

The Radical Left is a very small minority, but it has taken the reins of power, in government, academia, the media, medicine, the churches...even many businesses.
This is rather bizarre because the great majority of people are repelled by everything they (the Woke) believe in and do.

"...human beings with an immutable sex, male or female..."That's more of a "human biology" thing than a Catholic Church teaching. There seems to be a lot more going on here than sexual dysfunction of gender confusion.

They - the Left - work tirelessly to do so even if it takes decades to achieve what they want. While the rest of society has actual lives to live and didn’t see this gestating under the surface until they had gotten much more of this garbage in place...and even if they did, never believed it could ever amount to anything because it is just plain nuts...but when the crazy get power, they can do crazy things, and indoctrinate more people to be just as crazy.

This is the stuff straight out of a dystopian novel.
Better to get your child and flee the state, or even the country if necessary. Look into the case of Lisa Miller as an example.

The left has embedded their atrocities in the premise of their reporting. They no longer argue about “transgenderism,” they take it as a given; and given the need to affirm it, they go from there. Same as with climate alarmism. Since climate change is causing all these extreme emergencies, what do we need to do to stop CO2. And the average person is unlikely to question the underlying, because it is presented so naturally and reasonably as a fact.
Who wants to sound uninformed and unreasonable, right?

Very well said.
Everyone should take a look at Fani Willis in Atlanta or Judge Arthur Engoron and Letitia James in New York. Their behavior is just a tiny sample of what is coming if we don't rise up and stop these fanatics.

Interesting how the government is sanctioning kidnapping people’s kids like they did with Native-American families.

There should be a death penalty for anyone involved in the enterprise of child castration.

The child has turned 18 during the process so the government needs to drop this.

The coward court will say it is moot and not address it most likely.
