Mark Levin has mentioned a number of times it is Congress that decides the President. If we lose the House, the swing states that lose to Trump will simply send two delegations and Congress will side with the Democrat.

Remove Trump from the equation. This ruling means ANY politician should be very worried. How many of them have received a loan based on a property value? If there’s any dispute on the value of the property than they’re as guilty as Trump - and this is only one creative way for a DA and a judge to unilaterally apply a ‘fraud’ case, I’m sure there’s other ways.
The D’s do realize this exact same process could be applied to them right?
This is a high crime. They’ve applied excessive fines. They’ve abused their authority. They’ve only applied this to a single, targeted, individual and claim they’re not going to do this to anyone else - violating the concept of laws being applied equally. They’ve wasted taxpayer money.
Not only should they be removed from office, they should lose their licenses and be prosecuted with the potential of prison time. That is the only way this nonsense will stop.
When will the R’s wake up and realize there’s nothing constraining this? It could be applied to any of them tomorrow. Put your hatred for Trump aside and do the right thing.
Only if you’re consumed with hatred for Trump can you contort yourself to believe this is, in any way, justifiable - it’s a complete distortion of the spirit of the law and is plain for all to see.
All it requires is the wrong DA & judge to not like you...and they can justify it with ‘nobody is above the law’.
The good news is that the US is not a democracy.

We'll get that pause if the smarter enemies realize have they pushed too far, too past, and feel they need to lull the average conservative back to sleep before attempting to push harder.
If the dumber enemies prevail and they go for all-out theft, it might work - or their Revolution might blow up spectacularly in their faces.
So I think the enemy will not oppose a Trump victory so hard this time, thinking Trump can be contained by their embedded moles, continued lawfare and a cooperative judiciary. They will even allow the sacrifice of a few worthless pawns like Fani Willis and Leticia James, but watch for them to work hard to take control of the House to block the origination of any meaningful legislation. Also, the upcoming economic contraction will be blamed squarely on the next President.
After four years of largely ignored executive orders and a newly complacent MAGA electorate they the landscape will be prepared for them to go harder and faster in 2029 under St. Gavin, with Trump permanently gone and no charismatic conservatives waiting in the wings to succeed him.
I highly recommend Kurt Schlichter's new book "The Attack" to all Freepers - it is not pleasant reading, but get it, read it, and understand it. Though I think Schlichter may be too optimistic about the resolve of American government agencies and in particular the actions of his unnamed "Mike Johnson" character, it presents one (admittedly ugly) way that the Left's takeover might be forestalled.

The Left has used race, gender, environment, handouts, infanticide, open borders etc. to bring us to a point where factionalism is demolishing politics' and the courts' abilities to ensure liberty and justice. The Right finally finds a guy who wants to lead the fight against the rot in the American system, and their factionalism based on Trump's personality is tearing his and our chances apart.
Our founders are rolling over in their graves.
Presidential EOs can't be "ignored", so Trump will get more things done than I think you envisage.
Of course Congress, the Deep State, and Dems ( especially in the media ) in general will work against every move and every breath Trump takes. That's a given! Ditto many damned RINOS.
The criminal and mentally deranged ILLEGAL ALIENS, that can be found, will be deported, starved out, whatever it takes to get rid of them; however, nobody knows how many "got-aways" there are, where they are, nor how to find them. And far more worrisome are the sleeper cell ones from China, Muslim nations, etc. who have been trained and know how to just "disappear".
Unless there is some unknown great MAGA person, now completely under the radar, yes, 2028 is one looming horror of a problem for this nation!
