The Japanese will protect their culture and their society at all costs.

By any means necessary

True story. When the Shah was in charge of Iran, Japan imported a lot of crude oil and had a visa free exchange with them. This meant nationals of either county could get a visa at the airport point of entry with just their passport.

All went well until the Shah was overthrown. The first people to overstay were pro Shah Iranians who brought useful skills and kept on the right side of the law. Japan generously offered them a path to get working visas and remain legally.

Fast forward a decade or so and Islamist jerks begin taking advantage of loopholes in large numbers. They would support themselves with criminal activity like selling altered telephone cards.

Finally, Japan had enough. One day, they sponsored a "Persian festival" in the Harajuku/Yoyogi Park area of Tokyo, a popular hangout for foreigners. There was food, music and socializing with a large number of the legal Iranians enlisted to set up booths. When the event was at its peak, Japanese police surrounded the venue and anyone who even remotely looked Iranian and couldn't produce legal documents was thrown into a paddy wagon and hauled off for detention.

During my 16 years in Japan, my legal "document" was a credit card sized registration card that showed I had the right to live and work in Japan. So no big hardship there. If you were a visitor without that document, you were supposed to carry your passport.

Anyway, long story short, once they sorted them out in detention, the 5% or so that had a legitimate story (forgot their passport or registration card and could prove it) were released with a warning. The other 95% were deported over the next month or so with a very abbreviated or even no hearing at all.

The human rights leftists were very vociferous in their criticism of how quickly the Japanese acted. The government figuratively just responded by showing them the middle finger.

One time in Japan (I’ve been many times) I was told that they don’t have a ‘racism problem’. After consideration, I had to agree - because they’re such a ‘mono-culture’ it’s rare for there to be a conflict with others from radically different cultures. They’re not challenged in this regard.

These Kurds are about to find out that Japan isn’t some ‘woke Euro country’. Japan isn’t saturated with the misguided ‘all cultures are equal’ garbage. Japan has a very dominant culture. It isn’t going to change quickly. While there’s aspects I find very odd, I do respect much of their ways - especially their level of respect to others. Being disrespectful to your host is probably THE worst thing you could do.

Maybe there are some Shinobi still around that can discreetly take out the trash.

Yup...not surprised. I’ve seen it written that Japan is 98.5% ethnic Japanese...and that most of the rest are ethnic Koreans. I’ve been learning through my Korean-American girlfriend that Japan and Korea have a long and complicated history with each other.

Japan needs to follow Israel’s example: stick to what you know is right. Solve your problem in the most expediant and efficient ways possible. Don’t be sorry and tell the critics to pound sand.

A few years back some Iranians pulled this in Japan. In less than 72 hours Japan had expelled every last one of them.

Maybe. One of the red army terrorists from the 1960s just died, he’d lived under an alias since going on the run.

“I’m amazed Japan took anybody in as a refugee. 2,000 boggles my mind.”

Look at who our ambassador is and then consider that our ambassadors around the world spend most of their time trying to install governments which answer to the US...which is why Europe is such a joke now to the rest of the world, why we have the Ukraine and other wars.

Then it makes sense that we would require Japan to take in migrants, as Japan is WAY TOO MUCH Japan-First for our liking.

"The PKK is a notoriously rotten group. Why Japanvwould have taken in a single PKK member is unimaginable."

Work gangs. For instance, most Palis are a diaspora, construction labor in the Middle East, dishwashers on US cruise ships, you name it. The rest are mud-hutters in Jordan, Syria, Lebanon.

Kurds, same thing just a far smaller percentage. To slime is to live a low, evil existence, and it's surprisingly geared that way intentionally, so they can be ruled.

Yeah but these kurd turds were placed there on purpose by the Japanese just like our invaders were sent by our government. These turds will keep provoking and terrorizing because that’s what they are meant to do. The whole world is going to hell thanks to commie satanic rock suckers who control the UN.

Japan has been under U.S. occupation since 1945. Maybe no longer officially, but plenty of diplomatic and financial pressure can be applied to them.
