This is part the failure of the Dims to predict the backlash against EV’s. And part the value of Trump on pulling in blue collar union workers. If another person was ahead in the Republican primary then Biden might not worry about losing the union vote.
They actually thought that the EV mandate would be a winning strategy.
Remember, liberals know nothing about business and how it works.
All they know is socialism, fascism and communism. Three losing economic models.
They sincerely believe that all they need to do is mandate, ie force, everyone to do this or that and it will all be wunnerful.....................
