Democrats don’t care. Biden has already ignored the SCOTUS, (see student loans) he will again. It’s a Government and Corporate conglomerate that follows and enforces whatever laws it wishes to. Sound Familiar?
So what? Biden will just ignore any ruling from SCOTUS that he doesn’t like. That’s SOP for the sonovabitch.
In the meantime, congessional Republicans tuck their tails between their legs.

I’ll admit that I am not sure we have the time left to try to throw off the dead weight of Uniparty Republicans. The few who fight seem hopelessly outnumbered. You will note that TO A MAN (and I mean MAN), the Democrats are aligned in opposition to America.
I have to wonder at the motivations of the RINOS. I guess they expect their organs to be harvested last.

And, if the Supreme Court rules for them, the states affected can just ignore what Biden pushes.
