The President of the Republic spoke at the end of an international conference in support of Ukraine, two years after the start of the war against Russia.
"We will do whatever it takes to ensure that Russia cannot win this war" The President of the Republic Emmanuel Macron estimated that the sending of Western troops in the future to Ukraine cannot "be excluded".
"There is no consensus today to send ground troops in an official assumed and endorsed manner. But dynamically, nothing should be excluded," declared the head of state.
The president did not wish to say more about France's position on this issue, citing a "strategic ambiguity that I accept."
But "I absolutely did not say that France was not in favor of it," he warned. "I will not remove the ambiguity of this evening's debates by giving names. I am saying that it was mentioned among the options," he added.
This option had never been previously mentioned by Franve. Questioned at the end of the meeting at the Elysee, Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte assured him that this question of sending ground troops had not been on the agenda...

Indeed, EU nations could quite possibly send troops to Ukraine. They would probably do it If the Kremlin try a second invasion of KIEV (which miserably failed the first time). Nothing is off the table.
Russia’s own version of Nato, the “CSTO” seems (for now) not supporting Putin’s warmongering in Ukraine. I hope that’s continues.
