Fani tried to make the case that his credentials weren’t properly established, but it must have gone nowhere fast. I wondered if the judge could contact the guy himself at this point.

It’s been another 30 minutes since that post.

The more time, the merrier. I had to be gone a while today, and began watching while reading this thread bit by bit from the beginning once I got home.

I don’t think Mittelstad was introduced into the proceedings as an expert witness, which explains the skirmish over his credentials. IIRC, the point was made by the defense earlier in the week that the records spoke for themselves and didn’t require an expert witness.

Correct, but since they tried to question his work and methodology, and the judge indicated that his judgment might be bad news for them, then the judge might be inferring that he’d follow up on his own.

Well at least she did not have her dress on backwards today. Looks like the zipper that was in the front when she last appeared in court was in the back today and the fit was more normal.

He was awful. Anyone pick up that he never used the word alleged with Bradley and the sexual assault. Nope rather he said he paid so that means he did it.

The NY Times is reporting that if the entire Fulton County DA unit is disqualified by the judge for the Willis-Wade conflict of interest which is quite possible that the case is then handled by the state AG under GA law. The state AG is Republican Chris Carr. Low grade moron Willis really screwed the pooch in overreaching. Hopefully she is eventually disbarred when this gets to the state bar disciplinary committee.

Cash? When you STEAL cash, like from a campaign coffer, the BEST way to use it and rid yourself of it is to PAY IN CASH.

Megyn Kelly is joined by lawyers Dave Aronberg, Mike Davis, and Phil Holloway to talk about the major decision ahead for Judge Scott McAfee, the judge talking about what the Terrance Bradley text messages really show, the judge’s comments about Fani Willis credibility, and more.

“Had it been a white, male, straight person the trial would have been over in a hour and the poor bastard would have been driving a cement truck.”

I think you’re right... plus, the judge is up for re-election and considering the demographics (47.72% blacks).... he is going to need the black vote to keep his job. If he fires Fani that won’t happen.

It will be a miracle if this judge does the right thing by disqualifying Willis. I just don’t see it happening, but would love to be wrong. That said, I would expect Trump’s lawyers to appeal based on the obvious conflict of interest... both with Willis’s prior connection with this judge and re: the judge’s re-election incentives.

Not too many years ago the President of Japan was forced to resign by American Media pressure for saying something that was a no-no about blacks in America.

That’s how far and how HIGH American Black Politics can reach. Never underestimate them.

That said, nobody has said one thing. Namely, I say that an ordinary appearing female like Big Fanny was dating a quite nice looking black man. She was a 6.5 and he was a 9.0.

She would have done ANYTHING to hold on to him. That’s why she paid him twice as much as the other attorneys in the office. That gave her a HOLD on Studley Wade ergo it was a DIRECT CONFLICT OF INTEREST. She without question BENEFITED from paying Studley twice as much.

I believe McAfee will DQ her and Wade because if he doesn’t he will be toast (Trump defenders will win on appeal!) and he’s (McAfee) a young man.
