Abortion, including post-birth “end of infant life,” has been a practice of mothers and midwives for much of human history - when, upon birth, they decided the viability of baby and family:
Probability of baby surviving and probability of family surviving.
That situation (the context) “has been all over the map,” and the decision:
Many factors involved, with fear weighing heavily.
And plenty of fear, for sale in some parts.
I would tell men: The woman with whom you have sexual intercourse, is your wife.
I would tell women: The man with whom you have sexual intercourse, is your husband.
Prefer God in your decisions.
