For the sake of argument…let’s say Russia is indeed loosing 1000 soldiers per day. It shows how serious they are about this being an existential threat. It also shows the desperation of their resolve.

If they will do this, they will also push the nuclear button. Which should put fomenting Revolutions on their border in a new light!

I know this will not move the Zeepers, but it’s a fair bet any victory the US and NATO get in this conflict will be Pyrrhic at best with the devastating loss of many American and European cities.

Russia has been steadily losing its relative firepower advantage over Ukrainian Forces on many fronts - Artillery, Armor, Attack Helicopters, Long range missiles, On the Sea, and now among front line Air Superiority Fighter jets.

In place of that firepower advantage, they have increasingly had to rely on Light Infantry to achieve what little combat effect they have been able to achieve. That produces higher casualty ratios, and that trend is likely to continue.
