Actually typical for today’s academy.
There is shortage of professors. A lot of classes are teach by adjunct professors (poor, part time) or graduate students.
But there is vast abundance of all kind of parasites.
Since the administrators administer hiring and firing, they will never fire themselves!
Very sad story of academia.
