School choice is a concept that uses public tax dollars to help pay for private education and other educational services through an Education Savings Account, similar to Health Savings Accounts...

He was one of 21 republicans to vote school choice out of a House bill last year.

Hillary Hickland is the candidate hoping to unseat Shine in District 55. She was a stay-at-home mom in the Belton area and previously worked with Gov. Abbott through her activism to get laws changed when it came to regulating books in public school libraries.

Biden is doing Trump and the GOP an unintended favor by expressly attacking Trump and MAGA. In effect, if a voter recoils from Biden, Biden is telling them to vote Trump and MAGA.
