This started a long time ago with POW flags. That got expanded to a bunch of other social issue flags that most people accepted. But, like everything else, that gradually expanded into flying flags of groups that aren’t widely accepted and wedge issue groups. Its better to just ban them all.
Not to disparage vets or POWs, but we are WAY past time to put the POW-MIA flags away.
It’s the same as if we were flying WW ONE flags in 1970! The Vietnam war is that far in the rear view mirror.
