Can the Speaker of the House rip up the SOTU speech and just grin at Biden? What do you want to bet the ol’ codger would lay into him and call him a dog faced pony soldier?
There will be much standing ovation from the democrats in an effort to run out the clock. Everytime Biden is able to finish a sentence or complete a thought, the democrats will go wild with applause, and strangely enough, it will be from their heart — relief that he was able to get it out. Then, pins and needles until next successful completion of a sentence/coherent thought.
