Not a good look for Liz Cheney: now it looks like her star J6 witness was lying

New details have emerged on the Nancy Pelosi-Liz Cheney sham J6 committee and it now looks like one of their star witnesses may have been less than truthful.

Cassidy Hutchinson, a former aide to White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows on the day of the so-called “insurrection” electrified the media with her lurid tale that then-President Donald J. Trump nearly choked a Secret Service agent while trying to grab the wheel of “The Beast” the armored presidential limo.

In her star turn before the Democrat-stacked panel, the ex-staffer claimed that Trump demanded “I’m the F**ing president! Take me up to the Capitol now,” and “reached up towards the front of the vehicle to grab at the steering wheel” and “used his free hand to lunge” at the driver’s “clavicles.”

Now her story is being called into question according to devastating new testimony from the limo’s driver who disputed Hutchinson’s account in testimony to House Republicans, further shredding the credibility of the disgraced former Wyoming congresswoman and the now-defunct Soviet-style tribunal.

In a report released by the House Administration Committee’s oversight subcommittee which reviewed “heavily redacted” transcribed interviews from White House employees, found that their accounts “did not corroborate Hutchinson’s.”

“None of the White House Employees corroborated Hutchinson’s sensational story about President Trump lunging for the steering wheel of the Beast,” the report said.

“I did not see him reach,” the Secret Service employee who was driving the limo told the panel. “He never grabbed the steering wheel. I didn’t see him, you know, lunge to try to get into the front seat at all. You know, what stood out was the irritation in his voice, more than his physical presence.”

The transcript was never publicly released by the committee.

It’s not a good look for Cheney after it was reported that she had buried evidence that would have potentially exonerated Trump who had asked for 10,000 National Guard troops to help provide security on the day when all hell broke loose at the U.S. Capitol.

Not only was Hutchinson’s account dubious, but Cheney sprung her appearance to the rest of the committee as a last-minute surprise.

“The other seven members of the Select Committee were not told who the witness would be or even the subject of the hearing until the morning of June 28, 2022,” according to the report. “That morning, Representative Cheney informed the other members that they had been ‘summoned back because Cassidy Hutchinson had shared explosive new revelations pertinent to their investigation.”

The media attention from Hutchinson’s turn as the committee’s big witness helped her to land a book deal, one that an obscure staffer would never have merited had she not been given the publicity.

In her book, Hutchinson claimed that she was groped by former Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani while backstage at Trump’s January 6 speech.

“I find Rudy in the back of the tent with, among others, John Eastman. The corners of his mouth split into a Cheshire cat smile. Waving a stack of documents, he moves towards me, like a wolf closing in on its prey,” she wrote, according to an excerpt. “‘We have the evidence. It’s all here. We’re going to pull this off.’ Rudy wrapped one arm around my body, closing the space that was separating us. I feel his stack of documents press into the small of my back. I lower my eyes and watch his free hand reach for the hem of my blazer.”

“‘By the way,’ he says, fingering the fabric, ‘I’m loving this leather jacket on you.’ His hand slips under my blazer, then my skirt,” she said, a claim that like her J6 testimony about Trump and “The Beast” could be pure fiction.

Did she employ a suspiciously copious amount of vocal fry while conveying these vignettes?

We already knew she was lying way back when she first testified.

I recall she wrote a book too. Was it a best seller, did she make money off of it?

Liz Cheney is just another one that is, in my humble opinion, guilty of high treason. I have dreams, too. In my dreams, she’d be sharing the “stage” with all of the others who have committed high treason against America, as founded. And in my dreams, she’d be squealing.... about the justice about to be doled out to herself and the others.

Hutchinson should get together with Schiff and write crime novels.

A time-honored tradition that we should, perhaps, consider revisiting. As it stands now... all we seemingly do is grumble amongst ourselves about the endless “hearings” held that result in zero consequences for the treasonists in our midst.

Not exactly an effective means to combat the evil we’re dealing with. Yet... it continues. Almost as if... the ones making the decisions to let the treasonists slide are on the same side as the wrong-doers...?

Sorry. She’s already on retainer from E. Jean Carroll.

“Lincoln was assassinated in April.

Yes, in the good ole days.... there was swift justice. An actual deterrent from committing crimes...unlike now, where we have criminals running the “justice system” and creating a revolving door system of injustice.

In the TV Series 1883, I was delighted when Sam Elliott and his crew went after the bad guys and ‘dealt with them’ swiftly and forcefully. Problem solved. I long for those good ole days. I fear we will never see them again the way things are going.
