The Supreme Court did not rule against California last year, and this has been discussed to no end on the various ag boards that I follow. Here is the decision:
Yes, if one can prove that this pork is only produced for China then one would be golden. It doesn't work that way is modern agriculture.

The towns only saving grace is it’s 30-45 min (traffic) to Louisville where I guess jobs are to be found.
