Former Rep. Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.) and the January 6 Committee reportedly withheld crucial evidence indicating that former President Donald Trump advocated for 10,000 National Guard troops to safeguard the U.S. Capitol before the riots.
Cheney and the Democratic-led House Select Committee on January 6 argued that there was insufficient proof to substantiate assertions by Trump officials that the White House had urged for 10,000 National Guard troops prior to the demonstrations in Washington, D.C., on Jan. 6, 2021.
However, a transcribed interview conducted by the committee in January 2022 suggests that Trump urged Democrat leaders to deploy thousands of National Guard troops to prevent widespread violence on Jan. 6, according to a recent report from The Federalist.
Then-Deputy Chief of Staff Anthony Ornato was interviewed by the committee on Jan. 28, 2022. The transcripts reveal that he informed Cheney and other investigators that he had heard White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows encourage Democrat D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser to ask for as many National Guard troops as necessary to safeguard the city ahead of the protests related to the outcome of the 2020 presidential election.
Lock Her Up!
Also all those involved in the coup attempt against Trump using the Russia collusion hoax. They all knew it was fake but went through with it anyway.
when you are prevented from testifying in your own defense is enough to label this a a scam. They should all be held responsible and should pay a price
