It isn’t F-Joe Biden doing this; it’s a bunch of busybody unelected bureaucrats in the weaponized USEPA doing it. Besides, we recently learned that F-Joe Biden loves the VROOM-VROOM sounds of the IC engines. Somebody should tell the baby boy that battery-powered cars can’t do that.
