There’s only three leftists on the SC: Sotomayor is 100% leftist/ Jackson is 95% leftist/ & Kagan is 90% leftist. There’s six conservatives: Alito, Thomas & Gorsuch are 100% conservative/ Kavanaugh & Coney-Barrett are 90% conservative/ Roberts is 75% conservative 😉

I’m guessing she understands it; she just doesn’t agree with it. She should NEVER have been appointed to the SC. The Court’s entire job is to uphold the Constitution, including the Bill of Rights.

Jackson should be given the history of the writing of he US Constitution.
Our founders did not want a all-powerful government. They wanted a limited government and wrote the Constitution to protect the citizens from an oppressive government. And that is why the left wants to re-write he Constitution so badly.
