We are 60 years into that war on poverty.
Are we trying to say all the trillions of dollars spent on anti-poverty programs just weren’t enough , and that if we just spend a little bit more such as this program, that will cure poverty?
It will take more than six, in fact it will take an infinite number of steps, because this will never eliminate poverty.
