EXCLUSIVE Multimillion dollar fund manager ditches Tyson Foods, saying meat giant sacking US workers to hire 42,000 asylum seekers is the 'woke liberal takeover of America'

A conservative fund manager has pulled investments from Tyson Foods, saying the meat and poultry giant has alienated its consumers by laying off Americans workers and hiring 42,000 asylum seekers.

Bill Flaig, CEO and co-founder of the $79 million American Conservative Values Fund (ACVF), told DailyMail.com that he has divested from Tyson and won't buy any more stock in the company.

Angry consumers are boycotting Tyson over revelations that the company is shuttering plants and laying off workers while hiring tens of thousands of asylum seekers — and even hiring lawyers for its new recruits.

Screw Tyson. There are a lot of other AMERICAN companies who sell the same products as Tyson. I don’t need anything Tyson in my shopping cart.

A victorious Trump should send them a message in November to correct this before he takes office in January..

On the other end the American workers need to come out of the woodwork. The way to do it is to eliminate welfare. Doable?

“Woke Liberal HOSTILE Takeover of America”

The left are going for broke and won’t stop until they succeed in ruining the greatest nation on earth. The left are not happy with freedom and sovereignty, it really passes them off that people enjoy such things- so the lefts goals, are to destroy it and turn us into a European clone, so etching for which we escaped in the first place, and for which we created a constitution in hopes of avoiding a repeat of.

Welcome to neo-feudalism.

If I can lower my labor cost by $10,000 x 42,000, well... $420 Million every stinkin year is a corporate no-brainer.

This illustrates just how stupid the American public has become. Those displaced workers are low wage, likely Biden voters. No protection, they get whacked.

The left stands firm for Biden.

Go figure.

And there are still people on this forum opposed to raising taxes on corporations. Baffling.

No it's not. It's smart business sense. Avoiding workers under "minimum wage" and/or union costs means lower costs and lower prices and the consumer and economy wins.

The REAL culprit? Unconstitutional and utterly stupid government MINIMUM WAGE and government-forced unions, illegally interfering with the job market and forcing higher costs and prices. The consumer loses, the economy weakens, and everybody ends up losing.

Tyson, an Arkansas company, closed down two factories in the US a while back. The two? One somewhere in mid-USA and the other right in Van Buren, ARKANSAS.

Not only have they turned their backs on the US, but the state that they call home. All for profit.

I’m pro-profit. But, there has to be some sense of loyalty to the US citizens and the state that you call home.

I’m beginning to think that only corporations should pay tax.

Buy from individuals. Work for individuals. In that way you pay no tax - no sales tax, no 1040 income tax, no FICA tax, no state income tax, no Medicare tax, no real property tax, etc.

Yes, that new car will be expensive, but Abe’s auto repair is unincorporated.

Confiscate Tyson property.

They depend on property laws created by White Protestants to stay in business. They can’t have it both ways: using the property laws to get rich and then breaking the laws of the Americans by importing foreigners to undermine American competition.

Confiscate their property. Put them out of business. It’s what their side is trying to do to Don Trump in New York for no good reason at all - just rage and jealousy.

“utterly stupid government MINIMUM WAGE”

You think somebody working on a Tyson processing line is not worthy of what their state says is the minimum wage?

Government minimum wages might be limited to corporations. People who can’t work well enough might then work for individuals.

FTA:

Tyson earlier this month said it was shuttering its pork plant in Perry, Iowa, putting 1,276 people out of work in a town of just 8,000.

There's a whole class of innately indolent grifters in the US. who have become habituated to the idea that it's OK to be unemployed. The stigma of being a loser has been removed.
